ConFlex Technology offers starch-depositing equipment and services to the confectionery industries. While our equipment is best suited to NID Moguls, they can also be adapted to Bosch-Makat and WDS machines. We can provide services and equipment for the following;
- Single, double and triple-layer products made with gelatine or pectin; oiled, sugar-coated or simple
- Side-by-Side products made with gelatine or pectin; containing various colour ratios per piece
- Marshmallow products; starlight or regular
- Centre-in-Shell made with gelatine; containing liquid centre
- Starlight products made with gummi, pectin or yogurt; containing 3, 4, 5 or 6 colour sections per piece.
